See the Užupis Angel sculpture and small shops and cafes around it. Right next to it is the beer bar Špunka featuring some chatty weird locals.
Walk past Užupio st. 2 backyards, enjoy a coffee on a river bank cafe, watch out for the the mermaid and other quirky stuff, visit the Tibetan square.
